Project Overview

Jaypec delivered the full commercial fitout for DC & CO, one of Sydney’s leading real estate and property advisory groups. The two-level tenancy was transformed into a high end workspace designed to support both client engagement and daily operational efficiency.

With a total floor area of approximately 1,800m2 , the works included a complete strip out of the existing tenancy, new services diversions, structural slab penetrations and a full refurbishment of all architectural elements. The fitout incorporated premium finishes, custom joinery, feature lighting, glass partition systems and a central presentation suite that functions as both a client meeting space and a staff collaboration hub.

A key component of the project involved upgrading vertical circulation to better connect the two levels, enhancing the overall flow of the workplace and improving team interaction. The outcome is a refined, modern office environment that reflects the DC & CO brand and supports its long term growth.
