Project Overview

Jaypec delivered the full transformation of Sydem’s aluminium fabrication facility, completing a comprehensive upgrade of the factory floor, offices and operational infrastructure. The project involved complex service integration, structural modifications, high-performance flooring systems and a full redesign of workflow areas to support Sydem’s growing production capacity.

Working within tight site boundaries and an active industrial environment, Jaypec coordinated all trades carefully to maintain safety, manage deliveries and sequence works without disrupting ongoing operations. The upgrade also included new meeting rooms, staff amenities, a client showroom and a refined front-of- house experience that aligns with Sydem’s brand and manufacturing standards.

The result is a clean, efficient and purpose-built facility that enhances productivity, supports long-term growth and showcases Sydem’s capability as a leading aluminium window and door specialist.
